When a loved one has passed away, in our different cultures talk to the passed individuals , it is usually telling them rest in peace or rather telling to avenge their death if their death is suspicious or was at the hands of a person.
Do you think the people hear us nor is it necessary ?
I think they do have an ear to listen even if their responses may come in different ways or may not come at all. But I do believe they are watching, protecting and listening to us
ReplyDeleteI kind of believe that those people hear us, that is why there's a saying "setopo sea sebetsoa"
ReplyDeleteI doubt they hear us, when someone dies, the soul departments from the body right then what us the use of telling the body? But because we grew up being taught so, our minds have beem channeled into believing so.
ReplyDeleteAll this is dependent on believe, so yes they do hear us, that is why they oblige.
ReplyDeleteIn my humble opinion, this people have died and we should let them find eternal rest we had ample time some, with them so no they don't hear us.
ReplyDeleteI have a different opinion, when someone dies, the body departments from the body, and so I belief is,a dead person cannot hear us,it is just a norm to talk them but those words do not make an impact to them
